High quality equipment and arrange to allow effective teamwork - the office itself has many benefits such as the many meetings and free events and food, free coffee and many spaces to relax and get away from work. Dress code as what i can see is smart casual or the western power shirts. the only downside is the location of the office, not in centre perth rather forrestdale (south metro depot), which requires a much further drive for me.
Offices are fairly decent for an operation - nothing flash but clean and tidy.
The office space is good the location is really nice but with a recent flood and half the building being closed for repair things have changed from not being able to meet as many new people to limited facilities such as kitchens on each floor and betting meeting rooms it is not as nice as it used to be. The dress code is quite relaxed with an expectation of smart casual but not full suites.
I work from kewdale,]so it is very spacious and comfortable to work in. There is no restriction on dress code unless you are at site. My first rotation is in contractor compliance team, so i need to be in ppe whenever site visits are required.
