Diversity in age, ethnicity and race is definitely met with such a large and varied workforce of both employees, interns and graduates. i don't or at least have not experienced the culture around promotion, access and equity, but can comment my supervisors and teammates in a range of roles are all immigrants from different parts of the world, and all different ages and parts of their life.
All the teams i have worked in have been very divers and every team is very inclusive of everyone and their prospectives.
Western power is diverse and inclusive, and i really liked how they welcome me in team.
