There are many levels and teams across many different offices, and through the systems we have available there is very effective communication, teamwork and mentorship. The office itself is very social, and no barriers exist between teams or roles. I see myself socialising with two main groups which are the graduate students across multiple teams and my team, consisting of many people with different ethnicities, ages and roles. the overall culture or vibe at the office is relaxed, kind, and effective and encouraging teamwork.
Workplace culture is good. Lots of friendly faces and everyone is approachable up and down the chain. Teams constantly work with others, and collaboration is done well. Socialising is good and welcome too, with a good lunch break and after work activities.
I would say that the workplace culture has been really good from my prospective, all the teams i have had the pleasure of working in have been kind and compassionate to each other, with the leaders setting good examples for the team and building comfortable workspaces.
The working culture in western power is really good where i can see coworkers helping each other when they have queries and doubt. Additionally, formal leaders are very supportive and social towards their teams.
