You're generally allowed at least 1-2 WFH day/week. It's pretty flexible on when you take them. The hours can vary depending on the role you're in and whether there's a TA going on. You can do your standard 38 hours typically or it can be more if you're involved in a turnaround which, depending on the required involvement, could be up to 13 days on with time off in lieu.
Viva is very flexible when it comes to working hours. Start and finish times are flexible and are not limited to the typical 9-5 time frame, as long as work is done or 8-hours is completed within the day. Viva employees must come into the office three times a week, one of those days must be either a Monday or a Friday. However, flexibility is given for those who have a difficult time getting into the office.
Excellent. It varies somewhat depending on role, however flexible working, and more broadly work life balance, is something Viva does really well.
