They have basic beginner training, 1 on 1 mentoring for all consultants with a partner and performance reviews every 6 months. They are also paying for my training in various certificates and to go to conferences.
They have a lot technical and softskill trainings provided by the firm. They ensure that employees are up to date of the required knowledge and skills.
