I was hired off of the usual semesterly cycle, so i did an online aptitude test and was called in for an interview, afterwards i received an offer. Usually applicants will participate in an assessment centre.

I applied and started of as an intern. The internship recruitment process was competitive and quite lengthy, but this allowed me to get the full-time role after i graduated without having to go through any more assessments. Given the competitiveness of the program, i believe the recruitment process is a very good way to select talented candidates that also match with the values of the company, something that was highlighted a lot in the assessments and interviews.
