The roles available as a consultant range from consultant 1 to around consultant 8, these roles are personal as visagio believes in a flat hierarchy where all team members have equal opportunities to be responsible for things. There are clear expectations for what someone at each consultant level should be doing and performing the roles of the next consultant level will lead to you being promoted.
Lots of opportunity, even as an intern. You get 2 levels of intern with an opportunity to move up in the first 6 months-year. After that as a consultant, you can expect to level up once every 6-12 months for the first few stages
We have a formal evaluation every semester, will clear metrics and grades on each. Feedback is frequently provided so you have plenty of time to work on these, as well as explore other growth opportunities within the semester. We are also provided guidance from mentors to learn from and plan our career progression. We also receive opportunities to get external licenses, internal and external trainings, as well as helping with internal company initiatives. All of these are taken into account for our performance on top of our project-side work
