travel allowances and reimbursements, overtime compensation through time off in lieu
The pay is good, and reimbursement is adequate. However perks are rare, and insurance policies if we have them I am unaware of them. Considering the workload, I find the amount of time and effort and mental load my job requires is not reflected in benefits.
Pay is great for the role but considering the OT required during some periods, it can feel a little less. Therefore Maybe more benefits of compensations for such extra hours
The pay itself is quite competitive to other companies which further includes the standard superannuation and potential bonus range based on performance.
