I feel very thankful for the mentors above me who take time out to teach me all they know. I think some more in-depth training would have been super helpful, so I am able to work more independently
On the job training - mentorship and leadership are wonderful. There is never a day that goes by, where I don't learn something new. Formal training has also been plentiful, with some really valuable external trainings. Internal trainings can sometimes be less of a value add, so picking and choosing has been the most efficient use of time.
Definitely room to improve with on the job, informal training
Training is good by other colleagues. I would prefer if we had more face to face professional training, we have online training but it is different.
Training wasn't really something that existed for my role. It was more like; a lot of material was given to me as examples of what I might do but my duties had to be learnt on the fly. That being said I would get direction on how to approach things.
