We have two offices - one with an epic location - one de-centralised, and unfavorable. However, due to the flexible nature we are only in office two days a week. We have a very casual dress code, as long as we dont have external meetings or visitors, adding to a productive but relaxed culture.

Head office is good but fairly far away. Good office space with plenty of meeting rooms and features. Although if it was like city office and had sparkling water in kitchens would be great.
Needs more desks. It always seems like a fight to find a place to sit and work.
