Very flexible.
Depends on your role, but the working hours and arrangements aren't too strict which I appreciate.
Standard work hours. Employer is very chill about flexible working arrangements, eg. if I want to work interstate for a week I just have to let my day-to-day manager know in advance and it will usually be approved. We work 2-3 days from office.
Quite flexible. two team days in the office and a third day requested but very flexible wfh arrangements and ability to work remotely for a few weeks a year too
