Really good onboarding experiences. Lots of development opportunities in the graduate program.
8-week orientation where we got really immersed into the business day to day functions. Lots of collaboration activities, team bonding and learnings from each team. We just completed our mid-way performance reviews during our first rotations, with more to come in intervals throughout the year. Apart from technical skills, we're really encouraged to hone in on our networking and critical thinking skills, to always question 'why' and always validate the information we receive.
