The direct managers are extremely accessible and provide good mentorship. they are receptive to feedback and communicate with the team effectively. they focus on praising and recognising members of the team who have gone above and beyond.
My managers are accessible at any time, just message them and they will respond asap when they are free. you can book 1 on 1 meetings with them if you need to talk about something. i haven't had to yet, but it's there if you need to. they will tell you if you're doing well. i haven't been told about anything i need to improve on yet, but i imagine they will tell me quite clearly and give me a chance to improve if there is something.
