The employee has online training for diversity and inclusion and frequently hosts events throughout the year for different initiatives like naidoc week, international women's day, etc. there is, however, a clear gender inbalance within the senior leadership team (only 1 woman) and within the r&d branch of the company (mostly men). there doesn't seem to be any specific commitments to improve the gender balance in these areas.
Employee retention rates are quite high, there are many people who have worked at the company for many years, or even a decade+.
They make everyone feel equal.
