We've got a pretty diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and the teamwork here is genuinely great. As grads, we also like to unwind a bit—after our monthly meetings, it's tradition to grab some drinks together and just hang out. It's a nice mix of getting things done and having fun.
Culture is relaxed but motivating. Plenty of after hour fun to be had year-round with many celebrations. Hierarchy for the most part works well, with most leaders happy to give you the time
The workplace culture from what i've observed in 5 months is friendly and supportive. Everyone maintains a professional relationship and often times joke around with each other and share light hearted moments. Culturally speaking, i think my company has achieved a good culture between individual teams but i feel like people get more disattached / less trusting when it comes to interacting with people from different teams. I can definitely sense some level of resentment or disagreement between leaders and team members, where the requirements and capacity misalign but this seems to be a work in progress.
