Working from home arrangements are available
The work hours are flexible, but it is good to be in the office at the same time as everyone else, helps meet people and you are able to ask more questions and learn more. Work from home is available after you pass your 6 month probationary period. You may do the occasional bit of overtime as a grad, but for the most part they don't want graduates working overtime.
