All managers and leaders have a diverse range of experiences making it not only worthwhile to approach them but also your approach can be specific to what it is you want to discuss. They are all approachable and accessible and are well versed to mentor and help you learn where necessary. They are very good at praising and providing feedback - through road maps, star awards, etc.
Really amazing and supportive managers/mentors, they will always provide detailed feedback and be really patient in guiding me through each client job end-to-end. I also love that they provide straightforward feedback and tips to help me grow in my role too!
