Remote work in a branch role is not applicable. Most people are flexible for appointments and wanting to finish early every so often for a travel weekend. It can be hard to be flexible with few staff.

My employer is extremely flexible when it comes to hours and working arrangements. If there is ever a time where I need to leave early to be somewhere, or need to leave for a portion of the day for something important, it is never an issue with my managers and they are super understanding about it.
