Meaningful serving customers but can get repetitive. It would be good to have other things such as leadership training or programs.
The tasks themselves are simple and quick to complete, in smaller stores though you can be juggling 15 different tasks at once.
Very satisfied, I am given the opportunity to do a range of tasks which broadens my knowledge.
I have had various tasks over my time in the graduate program. I have bounced around branches, and also worked in completely different business units. I find the work I am doing meaningful because everything I do helps me get one step closer to my goal.
