Robust training calendar for soft skills and career progression, technical training provided if applicable and appropriate for the role.
We have a campus to corporate training program which develops our soft skills but I think we should also have a technical skills training program.
I was hoping for my technical training which was more relevant to my role. Some trainings seem not as relevant considering past employment and education. I like the mentoring aspect of the program as I have multiple people to seek feedback from and work with, helping to learn a large range of skills.
