As a graduate, I am given the opportunity to learn and engage through a variety of tasks.

Drafting, researching, analysing commercial contracts and a range of legal matters. Quality of work has improved as I have gained more experience and time in role. I find the role quite independent; this makes it difficult when you are new to an industry to learn from others. I would appreciate more collaborative work to be able to learn.
