My manager is very supportive and helpful. Access to mentors and senior leaders is also promoted. Feedback and recognition through the cheers to peers and elevate programs is also encouraged.
It depends on the manager, some of them are more supportive and provide you with development opportunities and advice while some don't. We do have regular 1:1s with our managers every fortnight which is good. We also get assigned a mentor who's a senior manager in a different business unit and I found that very helpful.
Very accessible and good to talk and work with. I would like more performance feedback and struggle to ask for this sometimes. I often feel feedback is broad and not as specific as it could be to particularly pinpoint areas I need to work on.
