I think the pay is on par with other grad programs, but it could be more considering the rise in cost of living. We did get a bonus at the end of the financial year which was good and we sometimes get free footy tickets and other giveways

Relatively low compared to other graduate programs. Some employee benefits but most not relevant to me.
