QAO is quite flexible in work hours and working arrangements. The option to work hybrid is presented from the outset, with many people working 3 or 4 days a week in office. However, it does get a lot busier during your team's busy season. A typical day is 7.25 hours, but during this time you'll probably working longer hours. Any time worked over the standard hours is FLEX, which is like a type of time in lieu that you can take off as leave when you like. It can be difficult to find a good work life balance during busy season, especially if you are starting right as your team's busy season starts, but managers do help with time management skills.
