My managers are very good in the sense that I can reach out to anyone at any time, and they will make an effort to help me as soon as they can. There are various mentoring styles, and while I gravitate towards some more than others, they are all valuable as they contribute to making me a well-rounded professional. Internal communication is positive and polite. Feedback is candid and honest.
Managers are accessible and open to talk. We use Teams as the main communication tool across the office and managers are very responsive. Performance reviews are conducted depending on how long you work with certain managers. The reviews are collated and can highlight performance across the year
Managers are relatively accessible to staff, though often have demanding workloads which mean they aren't able to assist graduates as much as they may need (being that they are new).
