Most of the staff I have interacted with are very approachable and friendly. They will accommodate your schedule when possible and will assist you in your development (as they are also graded on this). The after-work culture is very good at PwC, many are friends and stay in contact after work if that is what you prefer. There are diversity inclusion and wellness initiatives during and after work to get everyone involved.
PwC has a great work culture and sometime the hierarchy disappears and you get the opportunity to work directly with a partner which is great experience for a graduate to learn from the partners. for socialising we have team lunch, celebrations of important days in the office, and social events outside the office, sports competitions such Football and Tennis and table tennis. Also as part of the early careers program events games, drinks and dinner are organised a few times during the early careers program for graduates across different line of service to connect and network with each other.
