My role is often very busy and, at times, quite stressful due to the high expectations placed on us, some of which can feel unrealistic given the workload and available resources. There are times when the workload becomes overwhelming, and some of us feel the need to work beyond regular hours just to meet deadlines or avoid falling behind, even though this extra effort is not formally acknowledged. One of the key challenges is that our team feels understaffed, even though the company may believe the current headcount is sufficient. This mismatch between perceived and actual capacity adds pressure to the team. The tasks assigned are often technically demanding and complex, yet there is very little appreciation or recognition for the effort involved, both within the department and across the company. This can be demotivating, especially when the work requires a high level of focus and commitment.
As mentioned, I have constant learning process here day by day. I always encounter and learn a new stuff everyday. This role is coverage is pretty huge which involving material, machine, money, process, and people which sharpened our skill and offered a very big learning scope. Most of my day-to-day task also need a self drive and proactiveness in order to be able to success, which is a great challenge to overcome.
