Very flexible
My employer is very reasonable when it comes to hours. They are understanding of life's demands and how sometimes things get in the way of work. e.g. having the opportunity to make up the hours you miss from an appointment.
I work about 37.5 hrs per week and my employer is very flexible on WFH when you need to as well as catching time up when needed if something needs to be attended to.
