Work hours are really good and flexible
Standard 37.5 hours, with the expectation of more during peak seasons. Employer is relatively flexible when it comes to working arrangements such as working from home, however, the expectation is that I work in office as a grad.
Employer is flexible with a work where you need to be policy, generally will not work outside of hours 8am-6pm.
Standard 37.5 week, 8:45 - 5:15 daily with 1 hour lunch break. The busy season could be more intense but well managed and compensated with TIL. Flexibility is available but depending on personal needs and competence. An open conversation with manager is a great start to discuss this.
Right now, I am a Graduate, so I don't have any expectation to work overtime. The firm is very flexible in terms of out of work commitments and ensuring you have balance, for example if you need to leave early for a sporting commitment on certain days, they are more than happy for you to that as long as you make up your hours on another day. As a Grad we are expected to be in office as much as possible, although the firm is very flexible if you need to WFH for appointments or if you are unwell. My employer is very flexible and will work with me to find the best working arrangement for my circumstances as long as I communicate with them and my team.
