No thoughts - I'm a grad, didn't expect much starting off
I think the pay and benefits for the role is reasonable given the level of experience and industry averages. The Hub (in-house cafe) is the best perk from working at Pitchers, as well as Smart Spending.
There are many non-monetary perks, however standard remuneration is low.
Fair pay in the industry with clear path for pay raise. Free coffee and discounted lunch are great plus and worth $$$ to me
I am happy with the pay as I know that it aligns with the industry average, although it is a bit tight with cost of living being so high at the moment. I am however very impressed with the additional perks we get from Pitchers, so far in my role I have had access to multiple discounts and sales on different companies, free tickets and other opportunities that I did not expect.
