Efforts/ sessions in reconciliation week and international women's day
I think Pitchers does an amazing job to incorporate CSR into the firm. We have regular charitable events and activities around the firm. The firm is constantly promoting new ways we can help our community and opportunities on the weekends that we can get involved in with the firm. They provide learning opportunities for us, related to all different diversity issues as well as celebrating different religious holidays and traditions across the firm. They also partner with a lot of external organisations to help make a difference. For example, every Monday we have individuals with special needs from Giant Steps come and help out in the cafe top gain work experience in a professional setting.
