We have a very positive work culture; from my experience the people are all very friendly and we all work as a team. The firm is very social and promotes teamwork across all practice groups. They invest a lot of time into our training to make sure we are constantly improving. I have found the expectations to be very clear at pitcher partners, and it makes me want to be the best employee I can be for myself as well as for my team.
