Process involved submitting an application and having an interview with two senior partners at the law firm. Throughout the entire process, I felt supported and encouraged to ask any questions that I might.
I had a phone interview first, The interviewer was professional and nice and put me at ease. She asked some basic questions about my experience and general questions about myself such as "what are some things outside of law that you like to do in your spare time". From this, was the in-person interview with the partners. They asked me questions from my CV and cover letter. I liked that they didn't ask me anything from my academic transcript and were more engaged with having a real conversation. I didn't have to undertake any assessments.
The interview process was very straightforward and there was not a long time between the interview and when I received the outcome of my application.
Interview process was streamlined and quick. I was kept inform about the progress of my application.
I was not hired through the graduate process but the Clerk process was fairly easy.
