I work with an equal number of men and women within the firm, regular internal events re DEI occur throughout the year, there is also the RAP Committee which is fantastic education on Aboriginal culture and awareness
The composition of our office is very diverse and there are initiatives such as Harmony Day which promote inclusion and learning about other people's cultures as well as Wear It Purple Day and Pride Month lunches.

As a minority, I don't feel like there is much consideration of this at all.
