If a course is beneficial to development for grads it's almost always allowed. Graduate training budget is awesome.
Very happy with the training that I've received, there is a grad budget and training that interests you can be undertaken (as long as it will be used in the workplace). Would be good to have more training opportunities presented to us, sometimes hard to know what training is happening.
Not too many trainings. You learn things by doing the work. This is good because you learn quickly, however, if the person that teaches you doesn't know things too much you will also be like that person. I think the best way is to learn from people that have a good knowledge and is good to teach, which most of the case it doesn't apply here. I wish I could have good trainings before starting a rotation, so I would learn how to do things on the right way since the begning.
Training is available if it aligns with the objective of team. Selective training or professional development for the sake of learning is not prioritised
