Benefits: work ute, ipad, iphone all tools of the trade in this job. The actual pay in a graduate position isn't the most competitive but the other benefits make up for this. Salary and bonuses also increase significantly once you move into a regular sales agronomy role and are recommending product to clients. The grad program specifically is very supported and we're lucky to get 4 trips (often interstate) with other graduate agronomists in our cohort.
The base salary is okay and the bonus system is good! However, I do feel as you take or more responsibilities in the second year on the program that you should see a bit more of a pay increase
Pay: Satisfied national average for entry level in my field. Benefits: Really happy with the Sonder and Headspace apps for mental health support. Other: Hybrid work is the most significant in my job satisfaction. Good leave policies. Grad program: Travel to other parts of Australia to learn about my business with complementary accommodation and food (all expenses paid for). I feel very lucky and grateful to be included in these trips as they are primarily for agronomy graduates.
