The managers are very supportive as most have been here since they started as a graduate as well. Everyone is also assigned a training mentor, which is especially helpful when you’re just starting out.
From my experience, my managers have been extremely prompt and responsive in meeting my needs as an individual, providing clear internal communication, creating constructive review points that enable me to seek out performance feedback to improve in terms of both hard and soft skills.
The managers (and Partners) are very accessible and approachable, which makes it easy to ask questions, seek guidance, or discuss career goals. They take mentorship seriously, offering advice and support both formally and informally, and they’re genuinely invested in helping graduates develop their skills. Internal communication is clear and consistent, with managers keeping the team updated on priorities and changes. Performance feedback is constructive and timely, and achievements are regularly acknowledged, whether through formal reviews or casual recognition. Overall, it feels like a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged, and good work is noticed and appreciated.
I find my supervisors, managers and Partners really accessible and I like that I can ask questions whenever I need help. I get feedback on every job I do and I know I have colleagues I can rely on for support. We also have formal reviews twice a year to talk about development and promotion opportunities. The division sends out regular updates about things we need to know, training opportunities and staff milestones. There’s lots of staff celebrations too, including a firm wide end of month event with food/drinks and recognition of wins and promotions. Plus, newsletters and internal platforms make it easy to stay up to date with important info.
