Very happy with site uplift - extra 30% pay when being onsite, to cater for the longer days. dil, any extra days worked are tracked and grant a free day accordingly
I'm really happy with my pay as a graduate especially knowing i will get an increase upon completing the grad program and already recieving a small increase at the end of the financial year. the benefits the company provide will good i don't really have any use for or aren't aplicable to me so i don't really have much to say in that regard
