Interview process was very streamlined. It began with basic psychometric and aptitude testing and some pre-recorded video interview questions. The face-to-face interview revolved around the interviewers wanting to understand the type of person you are as opposed testing your technical capability.
I started as an intern, then received a graduate offer after that. For internship, the application process involved online assessments followed by a video interview, then an in-person interview.
