Although the initial pay is nice, the career progression in this role is much slower compared to other consulting roles in the market e.g. it takes 2-2.5 years for promotion as opposed to 1-1.5 years at other companies.
HR have provided communications regarding how we will move to an analyst level position after the graduate program. However, more details are yet to be provided given how early we are into the program. More comms will be provided next year. However, promotions after analyst level seem to be much slower and can be frustrating based on feedback received from previous cohorts.
