Relatively flexible. My role mostly consists of work I do myself, so aslong as I am consistently hitting my weekly targets and showing success its really up to you. I do try to spend as much time as possible in the office however as working within a team environment is great.
In operations, especially during peak hours, working arrangements are not very flexible. In my current role working arrangements are flexible and hours can be accomodated.
Yes its all good, no pressure to work outside 5pm. Weekends to myself so im happy at the moment.
Employer is not too flexible with these sorts of things.
