Remote work is generally not possible/allowed in operational roles, may differ for commercial roles. working hours can be flexible.
With my roll prior being an online operation i could wfh 2 days a week.
Work hours are very flexible, especially for those who prefer earlier start times
My previous positions hours were 7 - 3, i feel as though my work arrangements would have been relatively flexible if i needed them to be.
They are very flexible with hours and working from home as long as its communicated and you get your work done, they not too fussy.
