I was continually involved in training throughout my rotation, i was able to gain skills in outbound and inbound operations. the coaching and mentoring i received in my time during my first rotation was really good and i was really happy with it.
The graduate program acts as training as you are taught various things in each department. each department focus on different skills and different customers. which allows you the opportunity to learn. you will get a variety of different opportunities or projects to work on. having a buddy also help where they mentor you or are a person that you can contact if you are struggling or just want to talk about your experience. managers also provide their feedback and ensure that you are set up to succeed.
