Tasks vary day-to-day, and is a mix of hands-on activities (picking in a warehouse etc.), admin, communicating, meetings, and occasional ride-alongs/site visits.
My last role was hands on managing a major project , rolling out a national conversion plan for trucks.
Scanning and uploading paperwork into a sharepoint and excel. inbound operations. outbound operations
My day-to day role does change a lot however that is what keeps it the most interesting due to the changes in customer demands my day would change to ensure that i am able to deliver upon the customers' requests. my day mostly involved admin work along with a lot of phone calls as well as handling various drivers/ trucks and trailers
