I was very happy with all the managers, they were really good at making me feel comfortable. communication between me and them was really good, they made me feel that no questions were silly and i feel that was really good for my development. they gave me praise and recognition when i had done something well and also gave me negative feedback when i needed it.
My managers make great mentors they are all very open in allowing me to learn and shadow them as much as i want. they are very approachable and ensure that feedback is provided. they also allow the opportunity to take on bigger project and tasks when they feel necessary or appropriate.
