Work 2 days from home - super flexible with days
The opportunity to work flexible is understood throughout the business, where we have the opportunity to work a hybrid work roster (3 days in office, 2 working from home, per week)
Work hours depend on the week and what's happening within the business. In my previous role it was completely WFH. In this role I work from home once a week, but you can work from home 40% of the time, or whatever you and your manager have agreed upon. I tend to do the standard 9-5, but sometimes I'll stay back if I feel it's necessary - I don't think it is expected unless business critical. I have never been asked to stay back, rather I have been encouraged to go home if I am staying back. It is my choice to stay back if I want to to achieve my tasks. I would say L'Oreal is very flexible and understanding of the individuals situation. We also have events and stuff that are during work time, so I feel like if I do stay back, it's because I've not been working for whatever reason during the day - whether that's an event or training or something.
My employer is extremely flexible with working hours and arrangements - remote work can be done however must be flagged earlier in advance. My employer strongly discourages any overtime work and that anything done beyond work hours is strictly from my own initiative.
