3 learning weeks a year - lots of opportunities to develop learning and skills through online platforms and workshops
There are many training opportunities offered, where we can opt to undertake training relevant to our role, and also trainings to improve our skillset and/or knowledge.
In terms of formal training - there are learning weeks, thorough induction etc. As a grad we were onboarded very thoroughly. In terms of learning within the role, I would say it's very hands on, but there are not heaps of processes or traditional ways of working, so to speak. Because the market is so dynamic and people change roles, you have to find out the best way to achieve things yourself, but there is always someone who knows, has done it before, or is willing to help you with it.
We have online training modules, learning weeks where we can select a day session to participate in, we have workshops to build on strengths & skills as well as plenty of hands-on learning experience with the broader team when expressing interest in certain fields. Being a graduate in a company like the L'Oreal Groupe has been extremely enriching, engaging and enjoyable. We are constantly offered opportunities to develop our professional skillset and to gain exposure in functions that we may not have otherwise considered as L'Oreal truly values the development of their employees.
