The interview process was conducted in a professional and timely manner, giving me the opportunity to display my skillset and knowledge efficiently.
I think L'Oreal has a very high standard of employees and so a thorough recruitment process makes sense. The assessment centre was challenging in ways but not in a bad way - it helped me put myself out there and showcase practical skills when applying. It was very well rounded and considered. If it was more difficult or required more rounds of interviews I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much, but in turn if it was not as thorough I would not have enjoyed it either. It was the right process for the role, and everyone in our cohort is amazing, so it worked well.
Very clear, timely and was well-informed of the processes and updates.
