Annual perks include a bonus based on company KPI's and meeting targets. Staff allowance and annual leave benefits are also great perks.
Very satisfied with the benefits in this role. In my 8 months as a grad so far I've been able to go to Dua Lipa for free, $600 product allowance, 3 weeks profit share, standard leave allowance but the Lots Of Leave policy is great (an extra week of leave if you use all of your annual leave for the year). Lunches, free coffee etc and gifted product is a common occurance. We are very well looked after.
I think that the pay is much better than that of other major companies and beyond the pay we also have an annual allowance on top of our discounts on products. We are also able to expense certain travel types for work, we have life insurance and extremely generous leave policies.
