Usually every 2 years you can be eligible for a promotion. There is an entire review process as well as a goal setting process every year which helps to keep you on track and in lign with your goals.
There is a clearly defined pathway here, that makes it quite easy to move up the ranks and get promoted. We are also each assigned a "People Leader" that helps us to develop and grow. They work with us to help us achieve our career aspirations and support our development. They have an incredible culture of growth and opportunity here at KPMG. 2.5 years for promotion from my level to senior consultant with 2-3 years between each promotion following
High double-digit pay increase in the first year, set to be promoted to Senior Con in the second year. If you are a high achiever, you get rewarded fairly well. But more often than not, there may be very little wiggle room when it comes down to the firm providing the training or work opportunities - in consulting, 'we go where the money goes'. Never stop asking partners and other seniors for more responsibilities.
